For over 75 years, Saratoga Parent Nursery School has provided families with a nurturing and memorable preschool experience. Our preschool is a community-focused experience, providing parents and children with the opportunity to learn and grow in a loving environment. We serve families from all over the Bay Area, including Saratoga, Los Gatos, Cupertino, Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and San Jose.

By working closely with our teachers, parents enhance their understanding of child development and to influence it constructively. They become knowledgeable about their own child by observing and interacting with other children and parents in the classroom, while receiving guidance and insight from our teachers. We are a very unique school that allows parents to participate in their child’s education.

We aim to foster physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth in each child by allowing them to explore the world around them and discover new things in a playful and meaningful way. The classroom routines strive to achieve a balance between imagination, creativity and structure. We work towards building a strong foundation helping to set the pace for a lifelong love of learning.

Please visit our programs page to learn more about each class. We offer a Stay & Play Afternoon class that meets Monday through Thursday from 3:30-5:00pm. Parents or caregivers stay with their child and enjoy a rich preschool environment. This class has limited parent responsibilities and paperwork. Our afternoon class is not part of our licensed program because there is no drop-off option. In the mornings, we offer a licensed preschool class with mixed ages of 2-3 year olds. Families can choose a Monday-Friday option, MWF or Tue/Thu. The class meets from 9:00am-11:30am with an option Lunch Bunch add-on until 12:30pm. Our Preschool program prepares young children for elementary school through exploration and discovery. Our tuition is based on a 9-month program from September through May.
